What is Game Dates?
Game Dates is a mobile scheduling app platform for NCAA Basketball. Programs and coaches can manage their entire schedule in one place, including games, sites, open availability, tournaments, and more. You can also build your non-conference slate by evaluating every Division I program using the stats and data that matter. Find programs that fit your open dates, see who wants to play you, connect, and keep conversations, dates, and statuses together from first contact through fully executed agreements.
Getting Access
Game Dates is licensed directly to athletic programs. If your school has an active agreement with us, your program administrator can add you from their Profile tab in the app, which will send an email invite. If your school is not yet on Game Dates, email us to get your program set up.
Signing In
Enter your institution-issued email address to receive a 6-digit magic code. The code typically arrives within one minute and remains valid for 10 minutes.
Code didn't arrive? Check your spam or quarantine folder, then tap Resend code.
Account not recognized? If your email is not yet linked to an active program roster, contact your program administrator or email us to link your account.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Why does it say "Not linked to a program yet"?
Your email address has not been added to your athletic program's roster. Ask your Game Dates administrator to add you under their Profile tab, or email us for assistance.
Why is my program set to read-only?
Your program's subscription plan has expired or has not yet started. Historical data and schedules remain visible. Contact us to renew access.
How do I add a colleague?
Program administrators can tap Add a user on the Profile tab to invite coaching or operations staff.
Your email address has not been added to your athletic program's roster. Ask your Game Dates administrator to add you under their Profile tab, or email us for assistance.

Account & Data Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time:
In-App: Go to Profile → Delete my account.
Web / Email: If you no longer have access to the app, email schedule@gamedatesathletics.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your login credentials, name, and contact details. Your program's posted schedules and past message history remain with your athletic program, attributed to "Former staff."
